Beef rolls

½ kg of beef wash and cut into slices and lightly tap. Take 2 gloves of garlic and chop it fine. On each slice of beef put a little of garlic, some bacon, salt and pepper and roll it into firm roll. Secure each roll with either string or toothpick. Put ech roll in flour and fry them in pan. Add in pan 2-3 finely chopped onions and let everything to saute. Add water, add 2-3 laurel leaves and when meat gets soft take the strings or toothpicks out. Put the rolls back into pan, add 1 cup of sour cream and let boil a little more. Put some parsley on top.
